Required Documents to Submitting a Claim
The primary documents required to process a claim are:

| Written Repair Estimates (if applicable) |

Should you require assistance in obtaining the above required documents, a claims adjuster will request them from the moving companies on your behalf. (You must complete, sign and submit a claim form first.)
